I am not sure about it... You would need to integrate your payment processor with VirtueMart component. Better ask on VirtueMart forum about this: forum.virtuemart.net/

No. It's recommended to start with HotStart installation.
Please download PDF with instructions (it's in the same place where you downloaded template) and follow HotStart installation instructions.

I have not bought anything yet hence I am asking all these questions first.

OK. Basically, the HotStart installation that I mentioned is similar to regular Joomla installation, but, at the end of this process you will get the site that's exactly the same as our demo site. Then, it's much easier for you to change content than to setup and install everything from scratch.
