I don't see such item at all???

clearly visible in a blog layout, the title are stated and images below the read mores clearly visible as intro images... I don't know why you can not see them, maybe you need glasses?

In the 1st screen shot the poster is below the read more and should not be visible at all

in the 2nd screen shot the the first image on the left is below the read more

I have already explained what is happening that should not be happening and it is clearly visible from the links provided.

You can not display two images as intro image. You can combine them to single image.
