Features inaccessible

Hi,

I have installed the Hot_churchly template. I have been trying to switch the style3 as demonstrated on your website, but it appears certain features like the "style designer" is inaccessible. Please see the attachment. How do I get these features accessible?


Note: I am running Joomla 3.2.1

Joomla two last updates had big changes in that part of back-end , we kept up so you need to download latest version form our download section and replace files you did not customize.

Thank you for your response. How do I get to download this newer version of the template? I can't access the member area. I do not recollect registering when I purchased the template. Can you help me with this, please? As far as I know I only registered for support.

If you purchased single template, you can download it as usually.
If you had subscription that's expired, you should renew your subscription before downloading.

Hi Milos,

I purchased a template last week. I did not register to download the template. After I had provided my credit card details, I was able to access the download page of the template. According to Ivan, I may need to download a newer version of the template, but I can't login into the client area as I never registered in the first place when I was purchasing the template. My order number is 9779296087.

Please sort this out for me.
