Options grayed out/unavailable in Template Manager

Hi,

I just purchased Churchly and installed the Hotstart version. For some reason, most of the tabs in the template manager (Layout Builder, Style Designer etc.) are grayed out and clicking on them does nothing:



Any ideas?

If you downloaded template some time ago maybe you will need to update template with latest one overwriting template files. You can skip front-end files if you customized them becuse updates we made are related to back end

Replace template files as they are placed in attachment.
