Hello, point is that image is covering it own row 100%, white space oyu see is another row made in your Sparky template designer, which you can delete but you use it on another pages.

You can reduce it by putting

.content_sparky .cell_pad {
padding-bottom: 0px!important;
}

on bottom of template_css.css file which is located under your template_folder/css
