Church template for this display is not available Joomla5

After installing Church.ly template in Joomla 5, the process ends fine but Open Site link that appears at the end of the installation, shows the following error:
The template for this display is not available. Please contact a website administrator; please see attachment.

I've tried twice, even with an empty database but it doesn't work.

Please send access to your hosting and we will install the template for you. You can post this on the forum privately if you select a part of the text and click the "lock" (confidential) icon.

We can issue a refund only if we are unable to install it.
