My one more problem is - I don't know How I can customize ( HOT CINEMA REVIEWS ) the upper line of Jessica Biel in The Tall Man... Please inform me ASAP.

You don't need to change output, just use classes to style it.

Anyway:

components\com_k2\templates\hot_cinema\category_item.php

That code I gave you is generated there so you can modify it if you like or better change looks using just css. I did not give you anything to just put somewhere because you just said "customize" so I actually don't know what you plan to do.
