What you refer as k2 item top menu??? You probably mean of options that appear in upper part of item. You can control their appearance individually in right panel settings:
Item view options in category listings
and
Item view options
and globally when you click on parameters icon when you are in k2 items list.

Hi Ivan,
Maybe I can try to explain a little better. Using the example from the demo site. When I am on this page: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/cinema/index...ar-takes-a-new-shape I see the topmenu showing up. The screenshot you are seeing in my example is exactly the same page, I have just made changes to the content however I am not able to get the topmenu to display. What I am asking is how do I get this menu assigned to content items like this.
Hope this helps, I would appreciate all the help you can provide
Thanks

Go to module manager, find module that displays that menu , enter it's setting and set menu assignment to show on all pages.
