changes not happening

Hi

a while ago i asked you about altering the home page to have certain size pics etc etc

well i got that site finished - all ok

now i need to recreate the site just change the content but i cant get the home page right

i have copied over all the css folder but its not changed anything

lincolnshire.countyweddings.net is ok
yorkshire.countyweddings.net is wrong

the yorkshire one i installed using the 3.1 version - the lincolnshire one is the original 3.0 - i have copied over the template but it has not sorted the problem of the template manager headers missing

Are you saying site copy is not behaving like dev version that works ok?

Usually it can only happen that browser cache is not updated, or you did not copy some file???

2 issues really

1 i cant get the yorks version to look like the lincs version even tho i have copied over the css etc etc where else could formatting be

2 do i copy all files from hot_cinema31_hotstart.zip or hot_cinema31.zip

Copying just template files is not enough.

hot_cinema31_hotstart.zip contains whole site like on our demo
hot_cinema31.zip is just template

I'am not clear is new site exact copy or original or what???

new site - yorks - wants to be exact match, font size, colour, picture size etc, just different words to lincs

i installed using the new 31 hotstart as i knew there was an issue with the 30 version

then i copied over the css folder from lincs to yorks but that has not worked

will upload the 31 zip and and extract on the lincs site - hopefully that will work

EDIT: have copied over all the files from 31 hotstart file and still not menu under template manager

3.0 - >3.1.x had more than few changes. Can you copy only files you altered in template folder?
