Undefined variable and Undefined offset

Undefined variable and Undefined offset was created by leatherboy

Hi.
I run a website using cinema template for a year. Suddenly error log file is full wtih thousands lines like:
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: cinemaTopMenuHoverColor in /var/www/vhosts/greekseashells.com/httpdocs/templates/hot_cinema/css/template_css.php on line 776
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: cinemaTopMenuTextColor in /var/www/vhosts/greekseashells.com/httpdocs/templates/hot_cinema/css/template_css.php on line 767
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/www/vhosts/greekseashells.com/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/environment/browser.php on line 252

Could you help me fix this?

That are just warnings just level down "Error reporting" level in global configuration
