Cinema NOT Responsive

Among all the hot templates "Cinema" is the only one my customer would like to adopt. The problem is that this template is not responsive and on smartphones everything ...sucks. Do you big brate have any suggestion how to find a solution? Thank You.

This is a very old template and it's not responsive. Would you like to sponsor re-development of this template and making it responsive?
