display category as in page

Hello

I would like to know why you can not see in the other articles in a category page in the same format in which they are displayed on the Home. On the other pages display the category does not respect the responsive.

Front page and category page layouts are different. We do not have vm in default Clinic release so whole category layout page is form vm and you need to customize it.
