BIG PROBLEM WITH TEMPLATE MANAGER

Hi guys,

I need your help, because when i try to enter to template manger, shows this screen:




i want to change the bottom background, the one who looks like little pills

I guess that image can change just in the template manager, because i cant found it, in any folder

I hope you can help me, thank you!
