This is image for logo you need to change:
templates/hot_clinic/images/logo_3.png
this is for backgorund:
templates/hot_clinic/images/bg3.jpg
just in case to note, you probably know images are very sticky to browser cache. After you chnage them you need to refresh browser few times using ctrl+F5
