QUERY ON INSTALLATION PROCESS-HOTCLINIC-THEME

Sorry for the late reply.I was in a stand-still.Puzzled what to do next :blink: .

My authorities are not satisfied to move the theme to live server.They want it to be tested before going live,also to get the approval of the customer.

Also i have come up with the idea of connecting through team viewer(TV).If possible you can have a look when your are free for further clarifications.

Hundreds of people have installed that template without problem. Its not problem with template it is something with your php server installation. In post #42750 my goal was to show you it will work on hosting without problem.

You can upload the theme in a temporary folder on your hosting to allow us to assist you. We can't assist you until you are working locally.

Still am hiting on the problem with hot clinic theme.I have now successfully installed the theme,but am not able to access any of the posts or pages,I can't even upload or view the images in media library,Is that the problem with permissions?

Make sure that you have 755 permissions for folders, and 644 for files.

Can you please tell me in steps how to change the permissions(755 permissions for folders, and 644 for files.).I am working locally in my system,and am not clear as of how to change the permissions,I have tried few but its not working.
