Hi,
Update:
Android versions:
Note3: 5.0
J2: 4.4.4
One Touch: 4.2.2
But I don't believe this is the issue now as I built two test sites:
1/ Hot start version of Clinic www.joomlaservices.co.nz
This sites menu seems to work correctly in responsive mode on all devices.
2/ Blank Joomla install www.virtuemart.co.nz to which I added the Clinic template and basic menu with one sub level.
The sub menu item does not appear in responsive mode.
So I suspect there is something different in the templates between the two packages.

Hello,
Tested both sites on my Sony Xperia (Android 6.0) with Google Chrome and both show the responsive menu. For www.virtuemart.co.nz , if you want to have a real link on the parent menu item (not blind # link), you will need to re-download template from our site and re-install it. We fixed this issue 2-3 weeks ago.
Thanks,
Milos

As you mentioned an update 2-3 weeks ago I downloaded the Clinic package again and installed the template file from that and it works fine now. Although you won't know it was a different version as the version number is the same on both 1.0.1.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
