administrator area error

administrator area error was created by shawn

I loaded the Clinic template and upgraded it to Joomla version 3.6.3.

As I started to format it for a client, I get this when I click to open any existing module.

Have you seen this before and if so, how do I fix it?

Is it because I upgraded to 3.6.3?

Please help?
