joomla update from 5.03 to 5.10. warning

Hello,
i want  to make a joomla update from 5.03 to 5.10. I get this warning.
Update: :Extension: " update.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sparky_framework_update4x.xml " cannot be opened.

Can you help me?

It could be just a temporary message. Please try again. Also, updating to Joomla 5.1.0 is not related to the Sparky Framework update, so you should be able to proceed.

now i get this messages 
two original files for the templates overrides have been updated. This update should be checked.
