Hello,
I would like to change my favicon. I have already uploaded a new icon to the root directory and within my template. Unfortunately, the favicon is only displayed correctly in Firefox. It doesn't work in Chrome, even though I have deleted the cache several times and then refreshed the page. What could be the reason for this? How can I fix it?
I think you say in your instructions to change the Index.PHP. Which of these Index.PHP should I change? see photo

Many thanks for your help

Hello,
You don't have to change any index.php files. You need to make sure that your ICO file has a proper format in order to make it work in all browsers. You can use this icoconvert.com/ to convert your image to proper ICO files. Then make sure that your icon files are uploaded to /media/templates/site/clinic/images/icons and select your icon files from the template options, under Features > Branding > Favicons
Regards,
Milos
