Possible make a top menu like a template Insurance, always visible(floating)?

Hello,

Yes, it's possible. To achieve this, please add "floating" word to the Class field of this row (in template options > Layout builder). It's explained here as well: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sparky-joomla/layout-builder
