Can't unzip template folder

i cannot unzip the template file i just downloaded in other to install it locally. whenever i try, it keeps bringing up the error message:

"windows cannot open the folder.
The compressed(zipped) folder 'C\...\hot_corporate_j3x_unzip_first.zip'...is invalid".

please how can i resolve this? thanks.

hey guys, i found a solution to it. i was able to resolve it by downloading and unzipping on another system. thanks for your help all the same.
