problem with the creation of new menu

When i try to create a new menu item (single article)it appears the follow message (see attachment) when i click to this.



I use the hot corporate template. The problem aappeared after i tried to create a module in order to put it in the right position.

This problem has to do with the sql or not?How could i fix it? (i tried with extension manager>database>Fix, but nothing changed)

Any idea what it could be wrong?

Do you have at lease one article category defined and published ?

I've published many articles categorys. The problem is that now i can't create even one menu item without the problem

One I can say that this is not template issue since happening in back-end. Try joomla forum.
