Corporate Template (3.2) is very very slow

Is anyone experiencing extremely slow response or timeouts when logged into the Administrator Control Panel and try to access Article Manager or any section of the Control Panel? I am experiencing timeouts then I cannot log back into the Control Panel for about 30 minutes. Please help as I have web projects that are behind due to this issue.

Hey everyone, after talking to the hosting service and leaving the site alone for a day I managed to login to the control panel and upgrade the site to 3.3.3. Now the snappiness is back. The hosting company must have done something in the background but they insist they did not.
