Hello what must be changed, that the color of the bottom is not 100% but the width of the template ( see screen )

That area has css class .bottomrow

You have turned off fluid width in template options in "Layout Design" tab?

the tab "fluid width" is "off"

Fluid width off, and the on same settings tab you have option to define width. You need to set it so content can fit in it. Currently it is less than needed
