The logo in mobiles appears to small.
Can i make it bigger

You can redistribute occupied cells by logo position and topmenu position in layout editor in template options

try: LOGO / TOPMENU = 8/4

I tried and not much of imporovement.
Besides, maybe space for menu in desktop is not enough anymore.

Add this to bottom of template_css.css:

@media (max-width: 768px)
.mp_logo, .mp_topmenu {
width: 100%!important;
}
}

that will make logo full width on small screens under 768px
