With three installs of Corporate and one of Politics, I get an error message in Firebug and Chrome Developer tools that says: ReferenceError: JCaption is not defined new JCaption('img.caption');
This shows even with other extensions disabled/removed.
All native and added extensions where jQuery can be OFF are turned off.
Secondly, with the NoNumbers Sliders plugin installed, the page looks like a jQuery conflict is messing up the layout (when I switch to the Beez 2 template, it looks fine). So it seems the jQuery No-Conflict is not working. You can see both issues at

This is a development site, so we can do anything to the content to test (or you can log in to check things). I have already done lots of testing with settings and removals, but nothing works on either problem. Adding extensions one at a time did not make the Firebug error appear until I turned on the Back to Top feature and then the error showed. However, after turning that feature off and removing all added extensions, the error did not go away, as if had become permanent.
