Seems like there is something wrong with positions.
Something with new menu is "pushing" your style one position down.

Make sure that new menu have completely same configuration for home item as old one. You have that in menu settings. Also remove blog leading items (set to 0 in menu settings). Use same position in module for that menu like you used in old one.
