The inscription in the title "Welcome to" was created by Neymark

I want to remove from title the inscription "Welcome to". I use russian lenguage, and I don't need inscription in english. Which file in the site code can I remove this text?

you cave "Welcome to" in 3 places maybe you missed to change someware
