How to change the faint grey coloured text fonts?

I'm not a programmer.
I like the style for this template except for the text fonts on the category list and the main body text is even worse, just too grey looking and hard to read.

I guess the settings are in the style sheets. Can someone give me a clue as to which css file I should look in? I want to use a more bolder font and colour, a bit like the coffeine template text fonts.

Well there are like 3 files in templates /css directory that contain styling. If you are not familiar with css you can just go with simple logic , where ever you see font name just change it.

Thanks, but changing the css files didn't make a difference. eventually found out how to make the changes. In the Template manager, for the this template.

I am disappointment that none who was involved in creating these templates bothered or cares to offer advice. I do appreciate you trying to help.
