Hot Drug Store Template problem

Everything has seemed to install correctly at first look on the front page however, when I hit details for any of the products the template is broken. This is the third time I am installing this template. Can someone give me a clue as to what the problem is please?

I use templates from other vendors and I've never had this problem before.

Well, after searching google and reading up the problem is due to SEF Urls being turned on. I hope this is the only problem I run into on this. Maybe you guys can put this little tip in the manual or is it there, I thought I read it completely and followed it step by step but I could have missed it.

It ok on my computer IE9,IE7, Chrome. Maybe your problem is with your browser,computer or office network?
On the picture I see that only HTML is loaded , no css, images... check that.
