Generally you can edit :

templates\hot_drug_store\html\com_virtuemart\productdetails\default.php

that is main php file to display product details layout.

I could not change the text "product details".
I would remove the word "product" and leave only the word "details".

Labels like that you can change in language .ini files, probbaly you need:

language\en-GB\en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini
