Purchasing the Drug store template

I intend to buy the drug store and would like to ask if it supports utf-8. Also the Hot Effects Rotator is the "slide rotator" at the top of the demo and is auto rotator? Also the Hot Start (SQL dump) is as we show the demo? End final, this template is mobile devices friendly?
