Virtuemart 2.0.20b unable to Click the TOS link

My website has been in development for a few months, and the version of the drugstore templatr my site is built on at the time was using vm 2.0.14. I have kept it up to date, but now with the update to 2.0.20, it has broken the ability to bring up the Terms of Service link in the checkout (where you read the TOS). When you click the link it returns you to the home page.

It is a bug a few people are reporting in the VM forums, however it is considered a template issue.

As the drugstore template has been updated to 2.0.20, what files do I need to replace on my site?
I have done a MASSIVE amount of customization on the site, so I need the specific files.

It's not template issue, on first thread you see there is no answer, on second we don't have that file override at all. From my experience most of problem for this hard vm period 20.0.14-20.0.20 come form wrong values in vm tables in db but somhow alwaus different thing - they are masters of bugs. Did you try to reset vm configuration as advised for 2.0.16 by deleting record in #_vm_configs then putting all vm settings again?
