I have set menu item type Virtuemart->Frontpage for default menu item.But still it is not coming.

Do you have any product marked as featured??? When you edit product in edit screen you have "On Featured" along with basic parameters.

Few questions-
Why is syncronize to video used in media files?
My featured product page is not coming,I have marked product as featured.
When I click on images link is going on 404 page,what is error?
In my payment methods-VM,paypal methods are not coming.

I see featured products on your home page , first is :Jeans 1000,00 ₨

For broken links have you renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess in joomla root. Does you server supports rewriting, if not turn off SEF links in global configuration.

You need to define each payment method you will use in vm configuration, also you can select countries for each payment method so to appear there must be payment method defined and configured to include shoppers country
