Hello Ivan,

Insterestingly, even though the drug store demo doesn't have "/component/virtuemart/" in the URLs, but when I create a new category, WM automatically adds "/component/virtuemart/" to any VM category URL.
For instance: www.extore.com/component/virtuemart/targeted-advertising

I searched the forum and the web regarding this matter; unfortunately, haven't found a solution that works. How come the demo works the other way - without the "/component/virtuemart/"?
For instance: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/drug_store/index.php/arthritis

Thank you in advance for your time. I look forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Hakan

I think the best way is to assign Virtuemart Front Page to any menu item, change the menu's title and make the menu location "hidden menu".

So the result: www.extore.com/store/

I assigned the homepage to "Articles » Single Article" several months ago, when I first ordered the template, but never tried to add a product. Other than that, .htaccess and all VM SEO settings seem fine. Thank you for your time though.

Do you have suffix defined in vm SEO configuration (default value is "details"), if empty it can force it be disabled.

It's "-detail" by default and I changed it to "details" but it only changes at the end of product URLs. So, didn't work.

I think, assigning the homepage to "Articles » Single Article" gives the priority to the article (used on the homepage). But what you guys did on the demo - demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/drug_store/ - was to assign "Virtuemart Featured Products" to the homepage; meaning, you don't have an article on the homepage just a VM front page, so Virtuemart has the priority in this case. I believe, that's why you don't have this problem on the demo.
