Installation of template

Hi, please advise, I'm trying to load Clinic Template and keeps sending me to sign in page. I signed in a lot. Any template I try to download sends me to sign in page. Is it a problem because I purchase Silver package. Please, I had problem also with 1st Template and you sent to me with Dropbox. I do not want to have to always ask for template, so please advise what is wrong or what I am doing wrong.

Happy New Year and all the best for 2014. I have a slight problem. I downloaded and used (only 2 page site) Hot Wine template, for my security door website. I have been trying all the resolutions, links and suggestions on your site to change the template name on the browser tab from Hot Wine. It only stays Hot Wine on the Home page and is correct on the other pages. I cannot seem to find the Sparky export, but I did a copy and rename template under template manager. I have gone into every bit of coding that I can find and changed Hot Wine to my company name. Still no joy. Even in Template Master file I changed. Please can you advise re this problem. I do not wish to renew my subscription until I have this problem sorted as I have many more websites to do for our companies, and I need to know this will be corrected first.

Sparky export is available on sparky based templates.

You did not answer the question. How do I change the template to not say HOT WINE. I am not selling wine, neither am I a Liquor Store. Your answers do not make sense neither do they help.
