Changing the word "Product" to "buy Now" was created by JacquesB

Hi

Can you please assist me to change the word "product" (see attached picture)? I would like it to read "Buy Now".

label is defined here:

COM_VIRTUEMART_PRODUCT_DETAILS="Product details"

change "Product details"
