Index page does not work after update!!!

I clicked the update button on "Virtuemart 2 – Live Update" on my Drug Store Template. Now I cannot access my home page. www.ajstitch.net .

It appears that the index.php page is not working because I can access the the pages after index.php. www.ajstitch.net/index.php/embroidery

Any ideas on how to repair this???

Disable all modules appearing on home page. If it show us enable them one by one to see which is making problem

Did someone find the solution? The same happened on my HOT DRUGSTORE site last week.
I restored it - from the server's SQL daily save. Just the SQL database is not enough to reload, the file system also has to change to the 'old' one.
