mail function

Hello milos. when I try to sign up up a new user, I get the message could not instantiate mail function. An error was encountered while sending the registration email. A message has been sent to the administrator of this site. when I go to global config server and SEND test mail, i get the same message

You can't use the mailing function on a local server. You must upload the template on a real server (hosting).

This is a problem with the server (hosting) not with Joomla or our template. Please contact your hosting support and ask them how to set the mailing function properly in the Joomla global configuration.
