Password

i forget my Joomla panel password and i dont have option for restart it from my email

what i can do to reset my password?

You can replace password seed in #__users table for you user by using seed value from any other user you know password for.

So in any joomla you have or even in that same if you have some other user you know password open #__users table and find their password seed value, then set that same value on user you are resetting password for

i try it but it give me error 500
there is any option like live chat with Joomla or some other way like (forget password)

or can i send u the link and details to your personal email and u change it to default to can log in if this possible?
