hi all,

I have an issue with the hot start installation.

I am missing the extension manager where you install plugins etc.

http://localhost/new/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer

I get
Error

You are not authorised to view this resource.

3.4.1 joomla
basic hot start nothing else installed.

any help advice would be good.

Hello,

in users > user manager, see if your user profile missing from super user group.

i ended up reinstalling from scratch, tried with demo start but issue with that. i then used blank joomla, then imported your demo data. works ok now.
