recaptcha not aligning correctly

It looks css is not added , when I check template_css.css I can not find it

It's been added to template_css.css

#idealCaptcha{
clear:both!imortant;
margin-top:20px!important;
}

.recaptchatable{
border:none!important;
}

and it's still not working. Should it go in another file?

OK it's fixed - I added it to ce.css thanks
