I did insert the code in index.php as you indicated but with no result. The image is still not adjusting to the smartphone measurements.

Open index.php of template and place this meta tag after opening of head section <head>:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no">

I insert the code as you indicate, changes nothing stays the same, you can make an exercise by little the main screen of my domain

Its ok I looked it before. Note that layout does not follow browser re-size, so if you test like that that is not good
