Your Joomla installation is corrupted. If you go to this page you will see that the installed extensions won't show.

This error probably comes from an invalid upgrade from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.

Sorry, but this is not an issue with our template. When you fix this and try to install the template again, make sure you are installing version for Joomla 4 (or for Joomla 5 when you upgrade to Joomla 5).

Everything works now. I edited the Flat template settings and added the right column. It saves without problems.
