Offline picture was created by Hazzo

When adding an image to the System/Global/offline image it doesn't show up at the frontend when offline.
Is there a php file somewhere that needs to be changed?

Hello,

Please unzip the attached file to your computer. Using FTP, upload it to the folder /templates/sparky_framework

Got a 500 error after doing that.....
Removed the file and it was as before again.

Is this file not working on the Writer template? I got an 500 error when uploading it.
