single article menu nav does not work

I tried on Samsung and iphone. A problem on all devices is that the menu is not responsive, there is no toggle or switch to responsive and not all menu links are shown. On samsung the navigation doesnt work at all, when I click an item nothing happens.

When you load page does it display correctly. Toggling wont happen when you play with browser re-sizing its window

Page displays responsive, only navigation does not work responsive. It is cut of outside of mobile device size. I testet on iphone and samsung mobile not by resizing on desktop.

How can I make the navigation being responsive? The only change I made was from inside anchor url to single article menu type.
