When go instalation hot_food_spirit31_hotstart no choice sample of food spirit .

Hello, when you reach last step of your installation you should select

SELECT THIS FOR HOTSTART !!!

Please download template again from our site. I have tested Joomla 3.x version of HotStart for Hot Food Spirit template now and it works properly.

Also, try installation with different browser or clear browser cache.
