Hello,
You can add the code in System > Site Template Styles > Galatea > Custom. Add your code in the last (third) pane under the < head > (Code for website header area).

I have done what you said above but i can not find it. Below is what i can see.
FTP Address: /public_html/templates/galatea
Directory - html
File - templateDetails.xml
That is all i can see

Hello,
The code for Google Tag should and will show in the source code of your website. You can see it with browser, not FTP, right-click, View, Source (or something like this, depending on your browser).
