OK. I will reinstall the whole thing again... But I think I installed it properly. I installed Joomla, went in the extensions manager and uploaded via Joomla the zipped template file. Is there another way?
Also, you said Hot Gaming Zone is not a responsive template, what is a responsive template?
Tx for your help!

other way is to install hot start, in ...hot_start.zip you have whole joomla with template and demo data included .You install it as regular joomla (just need to click on install sample data)
responsive site design can be described on example as this:
Image you have normal site and you view it on iphone, ether it will be zoomed out to fit view and it will be unreadable until user zoomes or it will be zoomed already and user will have to scroll around a lot to see all of your page and to use it's forms.
Responsive design arenges content automatically so uses sees all content in 100% of its size and everything is presented to him so it would be user friendly.

OK. I did reinstall the whole thing, using sample data. Only challenge is that it is not the latest Joomla version... So I will have to update my Joomla I guess. Also, since it comes with whole data, that means I have a lot of stuff to "clean" and delete... I thought it was easier to start from scratch and install just the template without the data. Less cleaning to do...! But it seems that this way requires more knowledge of things to be manually setup. Things not really documented like disabling jQuery in a module...!
So, thank you for your help. Really appreciated. Two more things:
Please note all the followings have come up using a new install with your Sample Data.
Q1:
sbtest.sergebeauchemin.com/index.php/entrepreneur/profil
How can I change the look, color, buttons, etc, of the right menu? Its setup in your template option is "None", under the tab "Menu Settings" in the Template Manager section.
Q2:
sbtest.sergebeauchemin.com/index.php/ent...neur/les-entreprises
It seems I can't display the title of an article in this...

that drop down lets you select none as default menu and some special javascript menus. If you leave none tham means menu will be ordinary:
<ul class="menu">...
and you may style yourself by adding custom css in template_css.css if you want to change something.
2. it's like that

2. No it's not. Look on your demo site...
demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/gaming_zone/
As you can clearly see, the titles are showing up!
