Layout Designer Problem

Can you send us admin access using "Report To Moderator"

Hi,

I can see the drag and drop problem is very specific - if I resize the Content row and try to drag say the left position into an empty cell it does not work, I can resize other rows and drag and drop OK.

I am trying to add a left position to the left of the content
